These terms & conditions apply to all services provided by Dobi Cleaning. By confirming an assignment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Company details

2. Quotes and assignments
Requests via the website, phone, WhatsApp or email are non-binding. A quote is drawn up after an on-site assessment or description of the assignment. The agreement is formed upon explicit acceptance of the quote.
3. Execution
Dobi Cleaning carries out the work with its own staff, its own equipment and eco-friendly products. If the scope of the assignment changes, the price is adjusted in consultation.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation up to 24 hours before the agreed intervention is free of charge. For later cancellation, a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled assignment may be charged.
5. Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may incur statutory interest and administrative costs.
6. Liability
Dobi Cleaning works with great care. Any complaints must be reported in writing to Dobicleaning@gmail.com within 48 hours of execution. We are happy to return to address any shortcomings.
7. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
