Only what you submit through our quote form or share by phone, WhatsApp or email: name, address, phone, email, requested service and your message.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote and carry out the agreed work. We don't send marketing emails and don't sell data to third parties.
Retention
Requests that don't lead to a job: up to 6 months. Active customers: for the duration of the relationship plus the statutory accounting period (7 years).
Cookies
The site uses only functional cookies (language preference, cookie notice). No analytics, no advertising networks, no tracking.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. An email to Dobicleaning@gmail.com is enough — we reply within the working day.
